1. Harding Performance will periodically contact our customer database to provide current customers with product information about new products, company events, services and news. We will immediately honor any request to be removed from any email list. 2. Harding Performance also maintains subject specific email lists that focus our contacts to subjects for sub-sets of our customers and fans. Most of these lists are permission based and generated because of a request to subscribe, however occasionally we may add some customers to a specific list for reasons of a prior purchase, a prior request for related products or services or mandatory distribution (ie: dealer updates for our product resellers). 3. Harding Performance will not share our contact list with 3rd parties to allow them to email content generated by the 3rd party. Harding Performance does use a 3rd party email service to contact customers with Harding Performance generated content only and selects this 3rd party based on their services, security and other benefits.
